Bible Study Groups

At Broadmoor Church, we believe that God encourages us to use our intelligence reading the Bible. The scriptures are too important to be taken literally. Lively give-and-take while interpreting texts for daily living and wisdom is the hallmark of our study groups.

Soup, Salad & Scripture (Bible 101)

Led by Jim Chapman or Scott Lovaas, this informal group focuses on the next Sunday's scripture. It meets Mondays from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Otto Fellowship Hall. All are welcome to attend and invited to bring a lunch. Please contact the Church Office (473-1807) for more information.

Bible Study for Adults

A Bible Study during Sunday Community Hour from 9:30 - 10:30am will resume in Fall 2010. The group will meet in the Community Room. For more information, contact our Minister of Community Life, Scott Lovaas (473-1807)

Bagels & Bible

A Men's Study Group that meets Thursday mornings from 7:30 to 9:00am in the Otto Fellowship Hall. A light breakfast of bagels, juice and coffee is shared and the sessions provide meaningful study experiences and fellowship. Please contact Ron Kinder (576-3044).

Bible Talk

A Women's Study Group that meets Friday mornings from 9:30 to 11:00am in the West Wing of the church.  Please contact Bridgett Lambert (576-5378) for more information.
