Throughout the year our congregation gathers as a multigenerational community to fellowship and learn faith together.
Homecoming Sunday: On the first Sunday after Labor Day, the congregation gathers back at Church after a summer of traveling. We start our new Fall worship schedule where we will worship together in the Sanctuary at 10:00am and then gather for fellowship in the Fireside Room and Upper Deck for fellowship. It is a time to celebrate “coming home!”
A Day at La Foret: The whole church is invited to spend a day at La Foret, our UCC conference and retreat center. We gather to fellowship, break bread, play games, hike and worship in nature.
Ash Wednesday soup supper and multigenerational worship. All are invited to a simple soup and bread supper and worship with the institution of ashes, Holy communion, choir performance and the ritual of hiding the “Alleluia” banner!
Lenten Workshop: First Sunday in Lent. Families (or households) are invited to create a Lenten clay spiral in Otto Hall, during fellowship, after worship.
Easter Sunday Potluck Brunch and Egg Hunt: This year after worship on Easter Sunday. All children are invited to our huge Easter Egg hunt. Eggs are hidden throughout our grounds. All the children of the church, their friends and family members are welcome to join the hunt. A brunch follows the hunt in Otto Fellowship Hall.
